YKK Pakistan (Private) Limited is currently looking for a talented and dedicated “Technical Support Officer” to join our Sales & Marketing team at our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage customer complaints related to new machine setups.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on YKK machines installed at customer premises.
- Identify and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to our valued customers.
- Address customer inquiries with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
- Utilize MS Office skills for documentation and the preparation of detailed customer visit reports.
Qualifications: DAE Mechanical degree or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in machine maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
