FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a well-versed, plan-savvy, and experienced Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate should be an expert communicator and detailed planner with a strong grip on business analysis and a drive for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Research different markets, products, and services to help evaluate products.
- Carry out Customer Analysis to help identify customer personas.
- Help develop business cases.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: product teams, project teams, clients, customers, etc.) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements to the development team.
- Help create analytics dashboards and present analysis based on data.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience as a B.A. or within the Product Management Department.
- Proven research skills.
- Project management skills.
- Product gap analysis and designing features for products.
- Creating product and feature specifications and updating the backlog and tickets on scrum boards.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Experience of working with GA4.
- Experience in creating business plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- GA certification would be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
