Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited HR Internship October 2023:
Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited is looking for an HR Intern for a period of 2 months. This is a project based internship with a monthly stipend & upon successful completion of internship, this will materialize into a permanent job opportunity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in sourcing candidates by maintaining contacts with placement departments of universities, social media etc.
-Assist in screening/ filter candidates’ resumes & schedule graduate trainee assessment/interviews accordingly at each stage of the program.
-Maintain an applicant tracking database on excel at each step of the program.
-Assist in the on boarding of the new candidates in order to become fully integrated.
-Support the team to monitor the graduate trainee program & maintain smooth transition of the candidates in various departments
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the entire process.
-Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Minimum Bachelors with Specialization in Human Resources Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Some familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management skills
Basic understanding of the recruitment processes
