Experience: 1-2 years

Job Description:
- Conduct internal audits and plan, execute, and lead internal audits across different departments and processes to identify potential risks, control weaknesses, and process inefficiencies.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Assist in developing risk assessment frameworks to identify key risk areas and determine the appropriate audit approach and scope.
- Ensure the organization’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies through regular audits and compliance checks.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans. Maintain accurate documentation of audit procedures and results.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify that corrective actions have been taken to address identified issues.
