PEL is looking for a Sales Engineer Export for its Exports Sales Department in Lahore. Incumbent must have BSc. Electrical Engineering Degree along with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in handling Exports Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Bid/No bid decision based on customer information, bid requirements.
- Research new market opportunities.
- Map out potential customer and competitors.
- Establish more sales channel and explore venues as defined in the sales territories, Offer and bid preparation, Commercial deviations, Conduct follow-ups on, Sales offers, Negotiation with the consultant and the end customers. Recording technical and commercial contract details into the software, Contract Review, Ensure proper order execution, Coordination with concerned internal departments to execute orders for on-time deliveries, Inspection coordination, Delivery time coordination.
- Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Provide status reports to Sales Manager on overall Sales and Marketing activities, Create and modify documents using Microsoft office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Handling operational activities with the concerned MS staff to include:
- Preparing & issuing delivery notes
- Preparing & issuing gate passes
- Preparing, updating & issuing delivery reports
- Preparing, updating & issuing inspection schedule
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Supporting the Marketing & Sales Manager and other colleagues
- In addition to these typical duties, Export Sales Engineer may perform other duties as assigned and required.
