Manager Contracts (2 positions)
Qualification: BSC Civil Engineering
Area of expertise: Must be well versed with conditions of FIDIC based contracts, contracts administration particularly claims management; procedures of dispute resolution, must possess excellent written communication skills with respect to Contractual correspondence. Hands on experience of handling / negotiations with the Consultants/ Employer.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience of construction companies. Must have strong experience in Extension of Time case and other Contractual Claims.
Preferred Industry/background: Medium to Large scale Project experience preferably with direct employment of Contractor
