𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 is recruiting 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 to join our Plant 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 located at 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗤𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺, 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Ensure distribution of products on time and in full within the required conditions.
· Ensure that inbound products are received, offloaded, and stored on time and in full within the required conditions
· Conduct periodic stock count and reconcile physical, 3PL and UL system stocks to ensure stock accuracy
· Monitor and organize FIFO applications in the warehouse operations.
· Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
· Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
· Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
· Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
· Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
· Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
· Bachelor’s or above in Supply chain or in a relevant field.
· Minimum 03 Years’ experience in Inbound Warehouse Operations
· Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
· Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-Solving skills
· Attention to Detail
