Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
The purpose of this position is to manage operational activities of treasury department, which includes general ledger duties, SAP system updates of banks advices, vouchers and timely disbursement of all payments (including e-payments).
- Responsible for all cash accounting activities of treasury, facilitate audit queries and provide support to import function for timely processing of their required payments and documents.
- Ensure timely reconciliations of bank.
- Responsible for performing cash disbursement and cash accounting activities within Treasury
- Ensure timely support to Import department for processing of their documents like contracts, letter of credit and bank guarantee.
- Liaison with Import and Export team and support them in ensuring smooth transactions and resolving their concerns regarding payments, documentation and other related regulations.
- Coordinate with Bank’s Treasury and negotiates the exchange rate for Import and Export related transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for resolving and ensuring timely transactions and documentation related concerns for Import and Export team.
- Prepare payment vouchers related to weekly payments by EBM and CFL to vendors; Ensure accurate recording of Bank Advices in SAP.
- Responsible for recording and projecting payments that are disbursed early, on-time and late payment for better projection to DGM Finance.
