Key Accountabilities:
- Manage team in the preparation and execution of Annual Business Plans, Promotional Plans, and Sales Forecast
- Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
- Ensure attainment of Revenue and Distribution targets
- Ensure distributor investment and ROI management as per company policy and Business requirement
- Analyze , monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach
- Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width and depth of Bisconni products
- Interface with Marketing team to translate category plans in to win-win customer strategies
- Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/Order Bookers and review it on periodic basis
- Ensure proper execution of Regional Agenda and Trade related activities as per the given guidelines from HO
- On the Job training of TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
- Identify Sales Capability challenges and learning initiatives to uplift team skills
