CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Diamer Bhasha Dam Development Company (Pvt) Ltd. (DBDC) is incorporated with SECP. The Company’s main objective is the development of Diamer Bhasha Dam
for generation and sale of hydel electricity with a capacity of 4500 MW.
Applications are invited from energetic & experienced candidates citizens of
Pakistan to fill the position of Co. Secretary in DBDC on contract basis:
COMPANY SECRETARY DBDC:
Qualification & Experience:
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
• Member of a recognized body of corporate chartered secretaries; or
• Person holding a Master Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Commerce or a Law Graduate from a university recognized by HEC with at least five (05) years of relevant experience in Govt. department I Semi-Govt. organization / Corporations /Autonomous Bodies or large commercial organization or large public limited companies.
• Minimum 10 years experience in corporate organization out of which at least 5 years progressive experience of Company Secretary /Assistant Company Secretary is must.
• Candidates with diversity of experience from both public and private sector will be given preference
• Well versed with Companies Law and SECP regulations. Strong knowledge of all Regulatory Affairs is mandatory requirement.
• Excellent proficiency in English language.
• Strong IT Skills and must be proficient in use of Microsoft office, video conferencing applications etc.
Age Limit as on Closing Date: Up-to: 50 years.
Nature of Employment: The employment shall be on contract for an initial period of three (3) years with six-month probation period. Annual performance evaluation to be conducted by HR Committee / Board of Directors DBDC.
Pay & Allowances: Market based salary commensurate with applicant’s qualification and experience will be offered.
