Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited Jobs Deputy General Manager Technical:
Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Deputy General Manager – Technical based at Islamabad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to project operations related to trainings, monitoring & execution, and data management
- Liaise, interaction and follow up with Government authorities and other stake holders at national and provincial level
- Regular travel to project districts and assist in M&E related assignments
- Prepare training material and conduct training of doctors, paramedics and project field staff
- Interaction with donor and other international agencies engaged in overseeing of project implementation and facilitate their visits
- Writing of performance report on monthly, quarterly and semi-annual basis along with final PUDR for submission to PR and donor
- Interaction with national and provincial program for development of project and operational SOPs and guidelines
- Provide technical support to key project staff and support in achievement of work plan targets and KPIs to achieve maximum health impact along with capacity building of field staff at district level
- Build and maintain good relationships with relevant public and private sector partners to ensure effective coordination of project activities and overall support
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBBS along with Masters’ degree in Public Health
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in public health program with preferably of 2-3 years of experience of working in Tuberculosis
- Experience of managing TB preventive therapy among index cases, digitalization of data and management and control of MDR TB and implementation will be an added advantage
