Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Regional Sales Manager – South”

Job Description:

1) Enforce compliance to Retail Operations manual and organization’s policies; Highlights noncompliance and ensure resolution through appropriate intervention; Guides Store Manager for development of monthly report.
2) Manages region expenses according to allocate budget.
3) Provides insights on retail performance, evolving consumer preferences, relevant market information and opportunities/ challenges in order to drive business results.
4) Provide feedback to product and concept leads regarding new/current product lines, product requests, future arrivals and faulty products.
5) Rationalizes & comprehends monthly sales targets (Zone wise) allocated by supervisor and seeks clarity (if required).
6) Check adequacy of assortment and design to size ratio.
7) Guides staff to engage customer in a product related conversation for enhancing sales performance
8) Understand and comprehends VM and BE guidelines and ensure full adherence to the same.
9) Identifies potential sites for In-store Mall branding and shares shortlisted sites with Marketing.
10) Collaborates with marketing for facilitation in rate negotiation and maintains follow up till closure.
Propose ideas to enhance the low performing store sales.
11) Manages performance of subordinates through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and performance appraisal.
12) Creates synergies and ensures seamless interaction among team members.
13) Establish training programs for staff members to improve sales outcomes
14) Create culture of accountability by ensuring that operational metrics are achieved, budgeted expenses are attained & SOPs are consistently followed
15) Resolves escalate customer related complaints as per organization’s SOPs.
