Job Description:
- Ensuring asset register reflects an accurate record of assets of the organization whereby additions and transfers are timely and accurately captured in the asset register and asset particulars are up to date. – Ensuring accurate reporting of inventory balances by correctly classifying inventory into different categories and ensuring all issuance and receipts are captured before the closing of books. timely reconciliation of Fixed Asset clearing account and detail available for management analysis.
- Carry out physical verification of Inventory and Fixed Assets.
- Assist Supervisor in Management and Statutory Reporting.
- Assist in the audit activities of the department.
- Timely resolution of users queries/requests for fixed assets.
- Contribute to process and system improvements of fixed assets and inventory management.
Qualification:
- MBA Finance/ ACCA Qualified/ ICMA, CA (Part Qualified)
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in Finance with knowledge of fixed assets and ir management systems.
