We are hiring Business Analysts (Expert, Senior, Mid-Level) for our Karachi office.
Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Professional Qualification: Functional Consultant (Core Banking)
Work Experience: 5-15 years as Business Analyst (for Senior to Expert level minimum 5 years in a banking domain)
Practices Experience: Must be a Business Process methodology practitioner (5 years)
Tools Experience: Must have command of Project Management tools
Core Banking Experience: Core banking experience will be preferred
Job Description:
Lead/Senior business industry professionals, who lead complete modules or partner with other business analysts, and elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. Translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements. Lead business industry professionals monitor progress and keep the project manager/director informed the entire way.
Functional/business analyst professionals, who elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. Translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements.
Location: Karachi
Term of Employment: Contract – initially 1 to 2 years, can expand further if project requirement increases
