About the work
Ensuring maximum closings of the pending payments by connecting timely with the clients and giving effective follow ups. The Sales team is responsible for the overall sales of the platform through all the channels.
Responsibilities
-Connecting the clients timely regarding the pending payments.
-Ensuring maximum pending payments are converted into sales
-Helping clients in making the payments
-Developing good relationship with clients
-Working together with the customer care team
-Taking timely follow ups with the clients that are not converting
-Communicate product information to clients
-Having full knowledge about the website, products and vendors
Requirements
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong Convincing power
-1 year of experience in sales
-Confident in making conversations
-Dedication to provide great customer service
-Takes ownership of the assigned tasks
-Strong Presentation skills
Salary: 30,000-50,000 (Depends on Experience)
