Position: Talent Manager
Location: KARACHI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and or Business
- 3-5 years of experience across the talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent management and employer branding in large organizations
- Proven ability in Talent Identification, Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with professional proficiency in both English and Urdu
