We’re Hiring | Channel Control Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Channel Control Assistant to join our team and support channel operations, stock monitoring, and data management.
Position: Channel Control Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1: Monitor and track inter-region stock movement and identify cross-stock cases.
2: Verify IMEI, dealer, shop, and stock-origin information.
3: Maintain daily cross-stock data and prepare regular reports.
4: Coordinate with RSMs, SEs, OMs, and wholesalers to verify and resolve cases.
5: Identify unusual or unauthorized stock movement and report it to management.
6: Ensure accurate CRM updates and compliance with stock/channel policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
1: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales/channel operations are encouraged to apply.
3: Good command of MS Excel and data handling.
4: Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
5: Ability to work with large amounts of data and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
