Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SECP Regulations & PSX Rules
- Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation & arbitration
- Knowledge of banking recovery, labor, property & stamp laws
- Understanding of CPC, Limitation Act & litigation matters
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English & Urdu communication
- Ability to lead teams and manage external counsel
- Strong confidentiality, integrity & multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and legal management tools
- Qualification: LLB or Equivalent
- Experience: 4 – 5 Years
