We are looking for “Production Manager” to be based at our Manufacturing Plant located in Dhabeji.
- Ensure timely launch of products as per business needs.
- Lead department objectives by empowering & engaging team.
- Develop & execute production plans on timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal & external requirements including safety, quality, cost etc.
- Ensure Safe Working Environment practices in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Check & enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures (e.g. PPE, LOTO, etc.)
- Manage Production effectively through operational reviews
- Liaison with plant team & other stakeholders.
- Ensure KPIs and objectives are timely met.
- Create value through improving the sustainability agenda, cost analysis & cost optimization.
Education/Experience:
- Must be an Engineering Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in technical field, preferably in FMCG.
- Knowledge of implementing CI methodologies.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Expertise in working for manufacturing units
- Understanding of Investment budgets, cost analysis, cost optimization
- Knowledge of starting-up of production line(s)

We are looking for “Export Marketing Specialist” for HO located in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in other countries by tapping the potential customers to generate sales.
- Ensure existing clients are retained & maintained .
- Identify customer’s needs & collaborate with marketing department for brand activities
- Administer sales activities for all export products & ensure achievement of export sales target.
- Design budget & forecast export sales volumes
- Consult & negotiate with suppliers, distributors for pricing, freight duties & taxes.
- Monitor shipments; prepare & maintain export documents (including LC, bill of lading etc.) in accordance with regulations.
- Liaison for invoicing.
Education/ Experience:
- MBA with majors in marketing.
- 4-5 years of experience in Export Sales (Dairy or food industry).
- Knowledge of organizing shipment, budget management, international trade, taxation, freight documents including L/C, bill of lading etc.
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Speaking knowledge of foreign language will be an added advantage.
