  • Intermediate with shorthand/typing speed of 80/30 w.p.m.
  • 3 years’ experience as typist.

Terms and Conditions

1. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the recruitment policy conveyed by the Establishment Division vide O.M. No. 2/5/2026-BEFC/001 dated 22.10.2026 and 27.10.2026.
2. Incomplete applications, advance copies and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
3. Applicants shall present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized Boards/Universities/Institutes, as well as CNIC and Domicile Certificate, at the time of interview. In case any information furnished by the applicant is found false or bogus, his or her candidature shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against such a candidate during any stage of recruitment, and also after employment.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed for walk-in-interview.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
6. Staff Welfare Organization reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts, as per requirement, for any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
7. 10% quota for Women & 05% Quota for Minorities will be observed.
8. Applicants for advertised posts to report for Walk-In Interview at 09:00 a.m at Staff Welfare Organization, CGS Colony, Satellite Town, Quetta on the date mentioned in last column of the above table.

General Information (How to Apply)

9. Recruitment will be done at the doorstep (at Districts level) with the help of newly established Employment Cells in the districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.

10. Interested candidates are required to submit their online applications within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement through the National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk/. Direct application to shall not be entertained.

11. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel and must provide NOC otherwise application will not be entertained and they have no right to claim.

12. All recruitment will be done through the Walk-in-Interview process (No Entry and Written Test)
