The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, digital expertise, and commercial understanding to build strong brands and drive measurable business results.

Position Details: Senior Brand Manager

Job Role:

Lead the overall brand, marketing, and growth strategy for the Furniture Division while ensuring each brand has a clear positioning, target audience, and market identity.

Job Description:

Develop brand and portfolio strategies for all four businesses.
Create annual marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and launch calendars.
Lead product and category marketing, including positioning and new product launches.
Manage brand communication across digital, social media, retail, print, events, and PR.
Drive digital marketing, e-commerce, lead generation, and website performance.
Oversee showroom branding, visual communication, and customer experience.
Develop B2B marketing for corporate, architectural, interior, and project-based clients.
Conduct competitor, customer, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain brand identity, communication standards, and consistency across all touchpoints.
Guide content, photography, product visuals, catalogues, and creative execution.
Build partnerships with architects, designers, developers, and relevant industry platforms.
Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, leads, and business results.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Design, Retail, Digital, Operations, and other internal teams.
Manage agencies, vendors, and junior marketing team members.
