At BMA Investment Advisors, we are expanding our leadership team.
We are hiring a Head of Corporate – a strategic leader who will shape our corporate business, grow our institutional AUM, and build long-term partnerships with Pakistan’s leading corporates, treasuries, and institutions.
We are looking for someone who brings:
✓ Deep knowledge of mutual funds & capital markets
✓ Proven corporate sales leadership
✓ Credibility with CFOs & institutional clients
Location: Head Office, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & execute corporate business plan for AUM, revenue, profitability
- Lead corporate & institutional sales to grow AUM
- Identify new markets, channels, partnerships, and product
- Build relationships with CFOs, treasury teams, distributors & institutional partners
- Lead, mentor & train corporate sales team
- Conduct investment presentations & represent BMA at industry forums
- Increase corporate/institutional mutual fund AUM share
- Target & onboard large high-value corporate clients
- Build sales pipeline through market mapping, referrals, networking
- Manage full sales cycle: lead to funded account conversion
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8–12 years in mutual funds, asset management, investment advisory or financial services sales.
- Proven track record in corporate/institutional sales, business development and AUM & revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, capital markets, and corporate treasury investment practices.
- Proven team leadership skills and credibility with CFOs and senior decision makers.
