Position: We’re Hiring for INSTRUMENTATION / MECHATRONIC ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage departmental tasks under the guidance of plant leadership and senior engineers.
- Perform the daily operation, maintenance, and calibration of DCS, PLC, SCADA systems, HMI, and field instrumentation.
- Assist in the design, testing, and commissioning of automation system upgrades or modifications.
- Execute planned preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability.
- Support in updating SOPs, technical records, backups, and preparing for audits.
- Monitor maintenance activities and assist with the tracking of spare parts consumption.
- Participate in technical knowledge sharing and development within the team on control systems.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / BSc) in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and control systems in process plants.
- Working knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues.
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
