1. Stenographer (BPS-16)

- Intermediate from a recognized Board
- Proficiencies in MS Office
- Must possess Shorthand Certificate, 80 words per minute (WPM), Typing Certificate, 40 (WPM) and MS Office Certificates from reputed institute.

2. Computer Operator (BPS-12)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTS AT SERIAL NO. 01 TO 06

Interested Candidates must submit their applications to the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) online through the STS portal: https://www.apply.sts.net.pk (Manual applications shall not be accepted).
Candidates must upload their CNIC (Front & Back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic documents including percentage/marks sheets from the respective Board. Additionally, any required certification must also be uploaded to the portal when applying online.
After completing the online applications, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousands only). The challan can be paid at any Allied Bank Limited or via MyABL app. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked Bank. Candidates applying for more than one post shall be required to fulfill the prescribed application requirements, including payment of a separate challan for each post.(This fee is non-refundable).
Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
The date, time and venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcement or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and/or advised to regularly check both their SMS Messages and account on the portal. A period of 3 days shall be given to resolve the objection. Failure to comply within this time frame will result in rejection of the application form.
No queries will be entertained within two weeks before the scheduled MCQs-based written test.
Candidates securing 50% or above marks in the STS Test shall be called for skilled test and interview by the undersigned. Candidates must visit the portal/website of District & Sessions Court Ghotki www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk for date, time and place for test and interview from time to time to acquire information.
Incomplete applications and documents shall not be entertained or processed after the closing date.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTS AT SERIAL NO. 07 TO 17

From Serial No. 07 to 17 the candidates are required to send their application(s) on prescribed form (which can be downloaded from Official Website of District & Sessions Court, Ghotki www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk along with attested copies of educational document(s), CNIC, Domicile, PRC/Form-D and Two Passport size photographs and any other document required therein addressing to the undersigned at the office of “District & Sessions Judge, Ghotki” by hand or by post/courier. Candidates must visit the portal/website of District & Sessions Court Ghotki www.districtcourtsghotki.gos.pk for test and interview from time to time.
A separate application form must be filled out and submitted for each post, if applying for more than one position.
Incomplete applications and documents shall not be entertained or processed after the closing date.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL POSTS

Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of applications and can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
Candidates already serving in any Govt. Department (Provincial/Federal), who meet the eligibility criteria, may also apply through proper channel.
The age limit for candidates serving for last three years or more in any Govt. Department, as a permanent employee, who have applied for the posts at the Serial No. 01 to 06 shall be 21-30 years and for other posts at Serial No. 07 to 17 shall be 20-30 years.
The overage candidates having upper age up to 05 years if qualify the tests-interview and are selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification and skills, the individual’s cases of successful candidates would be submitted to the worthy Chief Justice of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation in their upper age limit and approval.
The candidates at the time of interview should bring their original qualification documents.
The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee shall be final.
The number of above posts may be increased or decreased without any notice.
The disable quota would be applicable, candidates applying for such quota should necessarily mention on their application as well as submit disability certificate.
Quota for minorities shall be observed in accordance with law.
The Female candidates shall be provided equal opportunity to participate in the process of appointment.
The last date for submission of application is 25-11-2026.
The cutoff date for calculation of age would be the last date of submission of application i.e. 25-11-2026.
No TA/DA will be provided for the tests or interview.
