𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Korangi Creek, Karachi.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
· Identify and evaluate potential contract manufacturing opportunities across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food supplements, personal care and related product categories.
· Act as a coordination point between clients and internal departments for new product development, contract manufacturing and toll manufacturing inquiries.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to assess technical feasibility, manufacturing capabilities, capacity availability and regulatory requirements for prospective projects.
· Coordinate product costing and support the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations.
· Coordinate end-to-end execution of CDMO projects, including product development, sampling, trials, regulatory documentation, packaging, production planning and commercialization.
· Manage coordination with third-party manufacturers, suppliers and business partners for outsourced manufacturing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
· Liaise with Production, QA, QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
· Maintain an updated tracker of ongoing projects, new inquiries, quotations, pending actions, timelines and commercial opportunities.
· Ensure timely follow-ups, address client queries and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients, emerging product categories and new CDMO business opportunities.
· Prepare periodic project updates, business development reports, sales forecasts and management presentations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant discipline.
· Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
· Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with costing, commercial proposals and client management.
