Haier is looking for a technically skilled, proactive, and results-driven Production Engineer – P2 to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production targets to meet business and market demand.
- Optimize manpower, materials, machinery and resources while evaluating plant capacity and identifying production gaps.
- Manage material movement from inventory to T-1 areas and coordinate timely adjustments to production plans based on material and capacity availability.
- Maintain SAP/WMS data and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production and capacity reports.
- Drive continuous improvement, capacity enhancement, 6S and safety initiatives to improve productivity and ensure operational excellence.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Production/Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Plant Capacity, SAP, WMS, 6S, Safety protocols and continuous improvement practices
