Position: Deputy General Manager – Accounts & Finance
Location: Corporate Office, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review & audit (from Big 4) of financial statements (Separate & Consolidated), in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
- Should have experience of handling of investment stake, IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and SE rules & regulations including maintaining in efficiency in credit ratings, due diligence, valuations and share prices
- Should have ability to optimize the group assets, cost controls and tax efficiencies including the tax proceedings at individual business segments and group levels
- Should have experience of digital transformation through IT tools including working in SAP environments and systems upgrades
- Should have rich experience of cash flow management, including funds raising (internally and externally) working capital management and project financing
- Be able to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions, budgets, forecasts and financial models with strong analytical skills
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- CA qualified
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance in OMCs, Multinational Co and renowned Companies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP B-One
