Job Description:
-Support the execution of vehicle customization projects from concept development through implementation and delivery.
-Coordinate with suppliers for customized parts development, technical specifications, prototypes, and project timelines.
-Monitor product quality of customized parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with defined specifications and quality standards.
-Support quality inspections and issue resolution by coordinating with suppliers on defects, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
-Participate in trials, fitment checks, and validation activities to ensure customized products meet functional, safety, and quality requirements.
-Maintain project-related technical and quality documentation, including specifications, inspection results, issue tracking, and corrective actions.

Required Skills: MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Project & Stakeholder Management, and good communication skills. Apply

Experience: 2–3 years

Job Description:
-Manage and oversee vehicle customization projects from concept development through final production.
-Coordinate with suppliers for customized parts development, technical specifications, prototyping, and timely execution.
-Apply technical and engineering knowledge in vehicle customization, modification, and integration.
-Coordinate with TMFA for technical discussions, documentation, and required technical approvals and certifications.
-Prepare business development proposals including project concepts, technical solutions, costing, and commercial feasibility.
-Lead supplier cost negotiations to achieve competitive and commercially viable product costs.
-Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
-Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues related to customization projects.

Required Skills: MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Project & Stakeholder Management, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare business proposals, costing, and technical documentation. Apply
