We Are HIRING Sugar Warehouse Incharge
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and regular inspection of warehouse, pallets, sugar bags, stacking, and storage areas to maintain safety and stock quality.
- Stack sugar bags in bricks ensuring maximum capacity utilization, with safe stacking practices to prevent falling.
- Operate stacker and conveyor equipment inside/outside the sugar warehouse.
- Offload sugar vehicles swiftly across all 3 bays (9 vehicles simultaneously) and issue sugar to production as per requirements.
- Manage inventory through daily cycle counting, maintaining live stock reports in both SAP and Excel.
- Accurately maintain gate passes, GRNs (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and issuance records.
- Ensure zero mismatch between physical and system stock at all times.
- Supervise loaders and forklift operators, monitoring vehicle loading/unloading timings.
- Monitor and report damages, leakage, torn bags, and material losses.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and pest control requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- 3–5 years of relevant sugar warehouse experience.
