JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Manage end-to-end procurement for new store openings, renovations, and QSR expansion projects.
- Source & negotiate with suppliers for project materials, equipment, civil works, & fit-out requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams & vendors to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, & recommend supplier selection.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, & ensure procurement milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Develop & manage a reliable supplier base while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, & service excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Restaurant/Hotel Procurement, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Fit-Out projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/Oddo systems, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 years
