We’re hiring a Commercial Officer – Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases and documentation audit compliance.
- Collaborate with accounts department for invoice submission and payment follow ups.
- Prepare and maintain procurement related reports(e.g. RCS for PO, Payment tracking).
- Coordinate with vendors for quotation, order confirmation and timely delivers.
- Professional communication and coordination with all departments.
- Coordinate with banks for Letter of credit, contracts/ FIs
Education & Experience: Graduation/masters in supply chain
