Position: Assistant Brand Manager – Fashion
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, fashion marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand management, fashion retail cycles, and consumer behavior.
- Exposure to shoot planning, fashion campaigns, or lookbook development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Sabiha’s and Buraaq across digital, in-store, and offline channels.
- Act as the central coordination point between digital content team, fashion designers, and planners to ensure alignment from product concept to campaign launch.
- Translate design and collection concepts into compelling marketing narratives and content directions.
- Lead shoot planning including concept development, mood boards, styling direction, and execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including social media, in-store branding, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, sales impact) and optimize accordingly.
- Support VM and in-store branding teams to ensure effective product presentation and storytelling at store level.
- Track fashion trends, competitor activity, and content trends to keep brands fresh and relevant.

- Fabric & Embellishment Selection: Source breathable, child-friendly fabrics and design age-appropriate embroidery, print, or embellishment layouts.
- Sampling & Fitting: Collaborate closely with pattern makers and sample tailors to review prototypes, ensuring perfect fits, ease of movement, and high-quality finishes.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of evolving kids’ fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitor offerings to keep the brand ahead of the market.

REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Industrial Engineering functions across production.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
- Optimize manpower utilization and production layouts.
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor productivity KPIs and recommend improvements.
