We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and guest-focused Hostess to join our team.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Intermediate, preferably Bachelors
- Fluent in English
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a hostess, or in a customer-service role is preferred
LOCATION: Islamabad Marriott Hotel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant service staff to manage guest flow.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
