Position: Sr. Manager HRBP
Senior Manager HRBP is responsible for managing Human Resources functions at Factory site & Head Office i.e. talent attraction, retention, engagement and development, promoting performance driven curture, manpower planning & budgeting, succession planning, employee relations, employee engagement and compliance of HR policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall HR operations of various business units
- Meet Talent Acquisition requirements of Manufacturing Plants and Head office
- Identify Training & Development needs of employees
- Manage performance management cycle
- Ensure timely execution of Manpower Budgeting Plans
- Manage employee Relation matters at Plant site for congenial environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment and labor laws
- Provide support services to departments and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
- Lead employee engagement and OD initiatives
- Coordinate with Admin/IR and legal counsel for legal notices / court cases
- Manage 3rd party and Job contracts
- Facilitate in CBA & Union matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields
- Work experience of 10+ years, industry experience will be preferred
- 4+ years in HR Business Partnering role
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiar with HR systems i.e SuccessFactors
- Have previously led teams
