Position: Sr. Manager Production (Cut to Pack)

Education: Bachelors in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Polymer)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Lead end-to-end cut-to-pack shoe production, including cutting, closing, and lasting.
Ensure production efficiency, quality, and ontime delivery.
Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste minimization, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies.
Lead and develop production teams to build a high-performance culture.
Ensure proper utilization of ERP (Dashboards) for performance monitoring and decision-making.
