We are looking for responsible for managing boilers, steam systems, compressors, cooling systems, water treatment facilities, RO plants, water production facilities, and other critical utility infrastructure to ensure reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted support for production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage overall utility operations including boilers, steam systems, compressors, chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, RO plants, water treatment systems, and supporting utilities.
· Ensure uninterrupted utility availability, reliability, and efficiency to support production operations and minimize downtime.
· Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment and systems.
· Monitor and optimize consumption of steam, water, and compressed air through energy conservation and cost reduction initiatives.
· Manage boiler, chilled water, cooling tower, compressor, HVAC, and water treatment operations while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
· Analyze utility performance, equipment failures, and operational data to improve reliability and implement corrective actions.
. Develop and monitor utility KPIs, reports, maintenance records, and efficiency improvement plans.
· Coordinate with production, Mechanical, E&I departments, contractors, and suppliers for smooth utility operations, maintenance, and technical support.
· Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, and procurement requirements for utility systems.
· Analyze daily fuel consumption trends and recommend the most economical and efficient fuel mix for boiler operations to optimize energy cost and performance.
Qualification & Experience:
·Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in utilities management, preferably within manufacturing, process industry, textile, recycling, chemical, or similar sectors.
·Experience in preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, project execution, and utility cost optimization.
· Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams effectively.
