Sefam is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Cut-to-Pack Production Executive to manage third-party vendor production and ensure efficient execution from fabric issuance through finished-goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage third-party vendor production schedules and ensure the timely execution of cut-to-pack operations.
- Coordinate between planning, merchandising, design, warehouse, and vendor production teams.
- Monitor daily output across cutting, quality, pressing, finishing, and packing processes.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Oversee fabric and trim issuance according to approved tech packs and consumption requirements.
- Plan cutting orders to maximize fabric utilization and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with pressing, finishing, measurement, labeling, tagging, and packing standards.
- Verify kit building, bundle reconciliation, and master-pack assortments before finished-goods shipment.
- Reconcile issued fabric, trims, and laces against finished goods received.
- Verify design specifications before mass-production approval.
- Calculate cut-to-ship ratios and prepare material reconciliation reports for closing and audit teams.
- Maintain daily production reports, status dashboards, and variance logs.
Requirements: - Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in third-party vendor production and cut-to-pack operations within the textile or fashion retail industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of fabric utilization, pattern grading, cutting management, AQL standards, and packaging specifications.
- Proficiency in material reconciliation, BOM tracking, and yield calculations.
- Experience with apparel ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, problem-solving, and field-coordination skills.
