Role & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and online sales.
Analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business growth objectives.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to identify new growth opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and performance marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue and business growth targets.
