We are looking for a Manager – Training & Development to join our growing team at 14th Street Pizza Co.

Position: MANAGER – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and deliver training programs for restaurant staff at all levels, from Crew to Management. • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and identify skill gaps across branches. • Design and update training manuals, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials. • Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training sessions. • Develop and manage the annual training calendar across Karachi and outstation branches. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. • Work closely with HR and Operations to improve employee performance and service standards. • Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and training reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant Training & Development experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage / QSR industry. • Hands-on experience in training restaurant staff at all levels is mandatory. • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. • Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and employee development. • Willingness to travel periodically to outstation branches for training assignments.
