Positions & Prerequisites
Position: NOC Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS/IT preferred. Windows/Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ticketing systems, remote support tools. ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA preferred. 1-3 years of experience in NOC/helpdesk/IT support, executing assigned work to a professional standard with review, and providing first- and second-line technical support with SLA-driven incident triage and escalation.
Position: DevOps Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS/Software Engineering/IT, Master’s preferred. CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Linux/Windows, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Prometheus/Grafana. Azure/AWS DevOps, CKA, Terraform certifications preferred. 8-10 years of experience owning the DevOps function end-to-end, accountable for outcomes rather than tasks, exercising deep technical authority, and developing the engineers within the team.
Position: Product Manager
Prerequisites: BS/MS in CS/IT or Business. 6+ years of owning the product roadmap and delivery for the citizen services portfolio, and is accountable when priorities, timelines or resourcing trade off against each other.
Position: Full Stack Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS/Software Engineering/Information Systems (HEC-recognized) or equivalent experience. JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/.NET/Java/Python, SQL, REST/gRPC/SOAP APIs. Full-stack development for citizen-facing and government platforms requiring high availability, security, and auditability. 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications end-to-end, from schema design to UI, applying security best practices (encryption, RBAC, audit logging) and API design/integration.
Position: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS, Software Engineering, or related field. Test Automation and ISTQB certifications a strong plus. Software quality assurance and test engineering. 6+ years of relevant experience owning test strategy, automation frameworks, and defect management end-to-end across the SDLC.
