𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for a passionate and customer-focused 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join our Customer Service team.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Deliver exceptional customer support across all customer touchpoints, including social media, live chat, email, and voice channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-centric resolutions
o Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels.
o Meet and consistently achieve departmental KPIs, including CSAT, Quality, Productivity, and Response time.
o Escalate complex cases to the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
o Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM/ticketing system.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
o 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Contact Center Operations, with hands-on experience managing customer interactions across social media, live chat, email, and voice channels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while consistently achieving productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
o Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
o Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
o Highly dependable, with a strong commitment to attendance and schedule adherence
o Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
