The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly/annual sales plans to achieve franchise targets.
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners through various channels.
- Identify investors for purpose-built campus development.
- Ensure accurate royalty billing based on updated student strength.
- Ensure recovery of outstanding dues before next billing cycle.
- Support automation of royalty calculation and bill generation through the portal.
- Process campus supply orders through the portal.
- Develop local marketing plans with campuses to increase admissions.
- Implement student enrolment and growth strategies.
- Prepare monthly visit plans and submit weekly visit reports.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new franchise partners.
- Coordinate training and support requirements with relevant departments.
- Address franchise partner concerns regarding academics, operations, and marketing.
- Organize regional academic, co-curricular, and recognition events.
- Ensure organizational branding standards across franchise campuses.
- Act as the focal point between franchise partners and Head Office.
- Coordinate with Legal Department on compliance, closures, and illegal campuses.
- Monitor franchise compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
