JOB DETAILS
- LOCATION: SIALKOT
- EXPERIENCE: 2–3 YEARS
- SALARY: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 PER MONTH
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on import/export shipments on daily basis.
- Update latest status of import/export shipments to customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide logistics solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with TAQ security requirements.
- Timely submission of all kind of reports.
- Prepare and present shipments follow up reports monthly basis to Manager.
- Negotiate rates with airlines for export shipments to secure profitable business deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with Manager/customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve assigned operation targets and provide timely reports on operation performance.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–3 year experience in operation field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn operation techniques and logistics industry practices.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to grow with the company.
