Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience

Requirements:
- Assist the Head of Operations in managing day-to-day operational activities across all branches and booths.
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (SBP guidelines).
- Review and analyze daily reports, transactions, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with branch managers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions and operational processes.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal memos for operational communication.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel to track performance, identify gaps, and support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and process improvements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (banks, security companies, vendors) regarding operational matters.
- Support audit processes by providing required data and ensuring compliance with audit observations.
- Monitor cash movement procedures and ensure adherence to security and reporting protocols.
- Provide operational support to branches in case of escalations or urgent matters.
