Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters Degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience

Requirements:

Assist the Head of Operations in managing day-to-day operational activities across all branches and booths.
Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (SBP guidelines).
Review and analyze daily reports, transactions, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Coordinate with branch managers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions and operational processes.
Draft professional emails, letters, and internal memos for operational communication.
Conduct data analysis using Excel to track performance, identify gaps, and support decision-making.
Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and process improvements.
Liaise with external stakeholders (banks, security companies, vendors) regarding operational matters.
Support audit processes by providing required data and ensuring compliance with audit observations.
Monitor cash movement procedures and ensure adherence to security and reporting protocols.
Provide operational support to branches in case of escalations or urgent matters.
