Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Officer/Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and fill positions within timelines.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and support offer management.
Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
Strong sourcing, communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
