About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our polyester fiber manufacturing plant in Nooriabad. This is a residential/on-site position — the selected candidate must be willing to stay on plant premises. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in polymerization, spinning, and drawing processes, along with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, control, and optimize polymerization, spinning, and drawing operations to ensure consistent product quality and output.
Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for yield and efficiency improvements.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste/costs.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Support new product trials, process development, and scale-up activities.
Maintain SOPs, process control documents, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality complaints and process upsets; implement corrective actions.
Guide and train junior engineers and plant operators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in polyester fiber, polymer, textile, or chemical process industries.
Strong experience in fiber manufacturing processes: polymerization, spinning, and drawing.
Hands-on expertise in process troubleshooting and optimization.
Willingness to live on-site at the Nooriabad plant (accommodation provided).
