Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across Retail Stores.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
- Ensure operational excellence by improving processes, productivity, service standards, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor store performance, inventory management, warehouse operations, compliance, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and projects.
- Analyze operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and operational standards are consistently implemented across all locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in retail operations, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of multi-site retail operations, warehouse management, supply chain, and business process optimization.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multiple functions, and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting will be an added advantage.
