Responsible for improving productivity and efficiency in denim manufacturing through accurate SAM calculations, time and method studies, line balancing, and capacity planning. Supports production teams in achieving efficiency and cost targets, implements process improvement and lean initiatives, prepares IE performance reports, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and continuous improvement across cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing operations.
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years of experience in a garment manufacturing concern.

WE ARE HIRING! Product Developer
Responsible for managing end-to-end experience in Garment Merchandising and Product Development, including trims and accessories management, costing, sampling, customer coordination, and production planning. The role requires close coordination with Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure timely material availability, T&A compliance, and adherence to customer quality standards. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, while experience working with international apparel brands or export-oriented garment manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Should be Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering.
- Experience: 5+years in similar areas.
