Minimum Graduation from an accredited university
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, network devices, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Provide timely technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform software installations, configurations, updates, and support the rollout of new applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions as per organizational requirements.
Maintain IT inventory, consumables, and software license records, along with proper technical documentation.
