Position: IT SUPPORT OFFICER
Kamal Limited is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventory, and asset records.
- Manage software updates, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in IT support, network management, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Sound knowledge of network security and system maintenance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
